
REBECA RUIZ
Graduate in Journalism and Audiovisual Communication from the Carlos III University, she completed her training with a Master’s Degree in Advertising Creativity and another in Digital Marketing. She began her career in the audiovisual industry at Tornasol Films, participating in productions such as The Man Who Killed Don Quixote, El Reino and Zona Hostil.
After several years shooting series and TV shows for Telemadrid, Mediaset and Flooxer, she made the leap to marketing, joining the team at Agencia Fandom, specialising in branding and transmedia content.
Subsequently, she took over the coordination of the marketing and communication team at ECAM, where she developed campaigns aimed at launching its training offer and strengthening the school’s presence in the industry. Later on, she joined The Film Agency, an agency focused on national and European film marketing, where she managed the digital strategy of more than 20 titles, including Soy Nevenka, Al Otro Barrio, Cuerpo Escombro, Mikaela, Flow, Cerrar los ojos, Perfect Days, Armand, Upon Entry, Vermilio, El llanto, Calladita or Mamífera, working with distributors, production companies and international sales agents, both in premiere campaigns and at festivals such as Cannes, Berlin, Venice, San Sebastián, Málaga or Seville.
In 2024, she joined the LAZONA team as Head of Marketing, bringing his extensive knowledge of the film industry in its various phases and specialties, as well as his experience and passion for marketing, to contribute to the growth and success of the company’s titles.
